These classes are designed for anyone who needs time to restore their sense of balance and well being. 
We will use gentle movement to relieve tension, ease the mind and calm the nervous system. 
Stress is part of life... how we manage stress can affect our state of mind and happiness. We can use the tools of yoga/meditation to help us move through life with greater ease and better health.
