“My present well-being and happiness is rooted in each moment, step by step... When I think of the hurts of the past, I’m lost in my mind. I become a prisoner of my own mind. When I live in the future, I’m lost in the fear of my anxieties. I feel bad, depressed, detached, empty, and lonely. The moment I'm back to the power of Now. I’m back into my body, heart and soul. I know who I am. I know where I am. I am Here. Alive. I know that I'm OKAY and safe. I'm Home."

"As a spiritual counsellor, I soon recognized that 'Loving Oneself' is an emotional and mental issue for a lot of people, including myself. Spirituality is all about love, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness; as well as giving back to the world. I noticed that many people consider the word 'Love' in terms of their relationship with someone else. We can easily forget the most intimate relationship we have; the one with Oneself. Through my personal and professional experiences, I discovered that Loving Ourselves mean being responsible for our own happiness and well-being, so that we can be at our very best for our loved ones and others."
